1. FOREWORD
The Federación Argentina de Pato (Federation Argentina of Pato FAP) in cooperation with the International Horse-Ball Federation (FIHB) and with the support of the International Exhibition "Our Horses" are very pleased to invite all the national teams to the First Championship Pato Horse-Ball of the World.
The Argentine Federation of Pato will be held on the premises of the Argentine Rural Society in the city of Buenos Aires.
2. COMPETITION
The teams invited for this event are those that participated at the International Championship Horse-Ball Federation.
The competition model will sort out participating countries in 2 groups. Within a group, each team will play against the others. During the last journey, the final competition among winning teams will take place.
3. RULES
The World Championships of Pato Horse Ball will take place in accordance to the rules of Pato Horse Ball established by the International FIHB and the Federation Argentina of Pato.
4. ENTRY FORM

• INITIAL ENTRY FORM: the form must be submitted and received by December 15th 2005 via e-mail to: pato@fedpato.com.ar
• FINAL ENTRY FORM: the form must be submitted and received by February 15th 2006 via e-mail to: pato@fedpato.com.ar Mr. Roberto Sabatier Secretary of FAP (download Final Form) (download Initital entry form).
Entry forms received beyond the specified dates will not be accepted.
5. PITCH
The pitch in sand field is 70 x 40 meters.
6. WARM-UP PITCH AREA
There will be to a warming up area (60x 30 m.) exclusively for Pato Horse-Ball different from the playing field.
7. OPENING AND CLOSING CEREMONIES
Please take into consideration that there will be an opening and closing ceremony. It is expected the assistance of all participating teams. Soon you will receive more details for both ceremonies. For both ceremonies, it is important to program in advance a suitable dress code for all participant delegations.
8. PRIZE AWARDING CEREMONY
The awarding of trophies and rosettes will take place on horseback immediately after the final match, with the presence of all participant teams. The players are strongly encourage to follow the Organizing Committee's instructions and to co-operate fully in order to contribute to the success of this event.
There will be not a prize in money.
9. SECRETARY
By the pitch and the stables, there will be the secretary's office. At the Secretary’s office will be post out the results for each match, as well as for all the information relative to the competition.
10. ACCOMMODATION
The Organizing Committee will provide accommodation in (Argentine Estancias or Estates) free of charge for each national delegation from the night of April 02nd till the morning of April 10th; each national delegation is composed of 10 people. Additional accommodation shall be booked directly. A hotel list is attached for your convenience. The cost of those extra accommodations or any modification of the foreseen reservation will be at each national delegation's expenses.
11. FOOD
The Organizing Committee will provide meals free of charge for each national
delegation (10 persons) from the lunch on April 02nd till the breakfast on Monday April 10th. Meals will be provided on place except for breakfast that
will be provided on accommodation.
A welcome and farewell party will be organized and offered by the Organizing Committee.
12. RESPONSIBILITY
The Rural Society Argentina and FAP declines all responsibility for any damage caused to animals, people or objects, which might happen during the competition (from date of arrival to the date of departure of the players). Each horse will have to be covered by insurance from its Federation and/or a personal insurance.
13. FIHB MEETING
The FIHB meeting will take place on site by the office of the Federation Argentina of Pato. The meeting date has to be confirmed later.
